Use this livestock water tank heater in any livestock tank that's 100 to 300 gallons in size. The livestock deicer float is completely enclosed in a rugged, plastic housing, designed float on the surface of your water tank. This water tank heater features a galvanized guard that's specially designed to protect rubber, plastic, or structural-foam tanks. You can safely use this water tank heater in water troughs for horses and other large livestock.
Built tough for outdoor use, this water tank heater features a durable, stainless steel heating element that resists corrosion over time. The livestock water trough deicer is thermostatically controlled with thermal feedback that protects the unit from overheating. The livestock trough deicer heater also has a 6-foot anti-rub cord with a durable anti-rub protector that keeps the heating element secure.
