Returns & Refunds

To Initiate a Return:
All return products require a RAN (Return Authorization Number) to be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

A return must be received within 14 days of initiating the RAN. Please Note: your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we can not process your refund.

Our "filled favor boxes" come with all the favors pictured. Some final box assembly required.
